At present, Kunda has built the longest industrial chain in the global vitamin B3 industry, achieving the highest product added value, breaking the monopoly of European and American countries in this field, and gaining the right to speak on product pricing in international competition. On June 25, 2019, Kunda was rated as one of the \u201cTop 50 Enterprises in China's Light Industry Food Industry in 2018\u201d by the China National Light Industry Council; it was rated as one of the \u201cTop 10 Enterprises in China's Food Additives and Ingredients Industry\u201d by the China Food Additives and Ingredients Association, and was evaluated as having \u201coutstanding leading enterprises with evident pioneering roles, contributing positively to the development of the entire industry.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with food safety planning, environmental protection, and clean production policy requirements, Kunda Company continues to extend its industrial chain on the basis of its existing chain, investing 239.96 million yuan to build a \u201c10,000 tons\/year sorbic acid (potassium) capacity replacement project.\u201d Starting from the nature of fusel oil, the company invested 300 million yuan to adopt the most advanced molecular sieve membrane pervaporation dehydration process and launch a new 20,000 tons\/year comprehensive utilization project for fusel oil. Once the project is completed and reaches full capacity, it can not only effectively dispose of fusel oil generated from its own alcohol production lines, but also dispose of fusel oil generated by other alcohol production enterprises nationwide, effectively solving the problem of difficult fusel oil treatment in recent years and reducing environmental pollution. At the same time, the project can also separate high-value-added products, and further acidify and esterify the products to produce higher-value-added spices. It also incinerates and harmlessly treats a small amount of residual high-boiling substances, truly turning waste into treasure and achieving comprehensive utilization of waste resources.
