Shandong Kunda Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has complete environmental protection procedures for its existing projects, and its pollution control facilities are operating normally, enabling stable compliance discharge of pollutants. In accordance with the company's development plan, it has been decided to construct the “Shandong Kunda Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Acetaldehyde Industry Chain Extension Phase II Construction Project” within the existing East Plant Area, using 2,3-dichloropyridine, a downstream product of the acetaldehyde industry chain, as a raw material for further industry chain extension to produce a new high-efficiency, safe, and environmentally friendly pesticide variety—chlorantraniliprole. Upon completion of the proposed project, it will have an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of chlorantraniliprole.
