The Kunda Bio Acetaldehyde Industry Chain Shandong Cluster Project is invested and constructed by Shandong Kunda Biotechnology Co., Ltd., with a planned total investment of 1.5 billion yuan, of which the first-phase project investment is 660 million yuan, mainly constructing a nicotinamide fermentation workshop and drying workshop, a 3-cyanopyridine unit, a power workshop, a stereoscopic warehouse, etc. After the first-phase project is completed and put into production, the company's total production capacity can reach 40,000 tons of 3-cyanopyridine and 50,000 tons of nicotinamide, with an estimated annual sales revenue of 700 million yuan, tax revenue of 18 million yuan, and 100 new jobs.

After the project is put into production, the total production capacity of nicotinamide can reach 50,000 tons, accounting for 60% of the global market, which can significantly enhance the market competitiveness of our nicotinamide products and give us a greater voice in the vitamin B3 production industry.” The innovative iteration of new processes, new equipment, new technologies, and new products will certainly help the enterprise climb higher and make new breakthroughs. During construction, all members of the project department thought with one mind, worked toward one goal, and pulled together as one rope, racing against time to seize progress and going all out to sprint toward the “countdown” to production. “At present, the main equipment of the project has been installed, the public utilities have been basically completed, and pipeline connections are 90% complete. In November, water, electricity, and steam will be connected, and the project will officially enter the water test stage. In December, trial production will begin, and full-load production is expected to be reached by January next year,” Li Zhengxiang introduced.
