Product Benefits
Ethyl isovalerate has a sweet fruity, green, esterous and ethereal aroma; when diluted, it has a sweet and fresh apple scent, with aromas reminiscent of apple and mulberry. It is used in the formulation of food flavorings such as apple, strawberry, pineapple, banana, nut, grape, pear and tropical fruit flavors, as well as tobacco flavorings, and provides a lasting fruity character in chewing gum.
